1. Shipping Commitment

Deyspublishing.com is committed to delivering your order with high-quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure your order reaches you in good condition and within the shortest possible time, we work with reputed courier agencies. If no courier service is available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

2. Delivery Policy

Delivery inside Kolkata will be completed within 3 to 5 working days, while delivery outside Kolkata will take 5 to 7 days. These timeframes are subject to postal/courier service availability and unavoidable circumstances. Please note that the delivery charge does not include the shipping charge.

3. Cancellation Policy

At Deyspublishing.com, we believe in full customer satisfaction and offer a liberal and cooperative cancellation policy.

3.1 Prepaid Orders

If you wish to cancel a prepaid order before it has been passed to the postal/courier department (within 24 hours of placing the order), the full amount will be refunded to your Dey's Wallet within 24 hours. If the order has already been processed for shipping, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on bank operations or unavoidable circumstances.

3.2 Postpaid Orders

For postpaid (COD) orders, you can cancel the order before it is passed to the postal/courier department. To cancel both prepaid and postpaid orders, simply place a cancellation request through deyspublishing.com.
